Prosser Lakeview Estates couldn’t offer a more convenient location.  Tucked right off Hwy 89, you’re minutes from downtown.  Mostly a locals neighborhood, Prosser Lakeview Estates is popular for snowshoers, bikers and ATV enthusiasts.  Prosser residents enjoy a grand network of trails which connect to Boca, Stampede and Prosser reservoirs.  In the summer, these are boating and fishing hotspots.  In the winter, you’ll find cross country skiers and snowshoers enjoying the trails and snowmobilers exploring Prosser Pits.
